What types of yoga do you offer?
We offer trauma-informed, body-positive classes that blend gentle movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. Sessions are tailored for all levels.
Do I need to have yoga experience?
Not at all! Our sessions are beginner-friendly and guided with care and inclusivity.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Props are encouraged but optional.
Can I book a private session?

What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are βbathedβ in soothing sound frequencies from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes.
What should I expect during a sound bath session?
You'll lie comfortably on a mat or blanket while being guided into deep relaxation through sound and stillness. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.
Can I combine a sound bath with yoga or breathwork?
Absolutely. Many of our sessions are integrative and can be customized to meet your needs.
How do I book a session?

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
Do you offer packages or memberships?
Yes! We offer class packages and custom wellness programs. Reach out for personalized options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments. All sales are final.
Do you sell wellness products or digital downloads?
Yes, we offer digital downloads (like meditations or coloring books) and physical items. Visit our store to browse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Do you offer nutrition coaching?
We offer nutrition education and mindful eating guidance grounded in a trauma-informed approach. We do not provide clinical dietetic counseling at this time.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Not at this time. However, we can provide invoices for HSA/FSA reimbursement dependig on your plan.
