Meet Jamie - Founder of Yoga On Purpose

Jamie is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Sound Healer with a passion for helping people find balance and strength, inside and out.

With a PhD in progress in Nutrition & Dietetics, an MBA in Business & Wellness Entrepreneurship, and years of experience in clinical nutrition and movement coaching, she brings a science-backed, holistic approach to every session.
